The Monster and The chair!!! September 15, 2008

 Most of you probably have neices and nephews and they’re oh soo cute and sweet…WELL I DONT THINK SO!!

Im a firm believer of discipline and definetly dont want my nephew to turn out like the little kids that are prancing the streets today with their rude remarks and spoilt behaviour!..So i’v started really early with my nephew, hes only 1 and 7 months but iv started teaching him that if he does my head in then there is a punishment! I don’t mean hitting..cause dats just unacceptable itself, i mean things like the naughty corner, naughty chair??, things like this. It seems harsh now, but trust me u’l thank me later when u take my advice, little kids today are spoilt, think they can have their way all the time and are disrespectful to parents.

Anyway here he is…i know what your thinking..Awwww?

 

 

 Here are a few things this monster gets up 2!

 Climbing on this window thing and messing the plants!!

 Well..i’d like to introduce you to my little invention called “The chaaaiirrrr!!!” its gotta be said that way, cause he understands when i say it like this. And i know its a table but the word “chair” sounds more scarry? and hes got used to it so cant change it.

 

 

 

 Heres how it works. Place books underneath one of the legs of the chair, make sure it tilts a little. This is so when they try to get off it will be unbalanced and WOBBLE which should scare them.

 Place participant on the chair. Participant will cry. Point to the area they were NOT supposed to be in or the object they were NOT allowed to play with and say one sharp “NO!!!”. Then whenever you feel it is time, take participant off. Heres one i did earlier:

       

You’l notice the difference and once they get used to it, one sharp look at the chair and the words “The chairrrr” should scare them and make them think twice about running off with the remote.
